Hi
Im running a Gateway all-in-one pc with Windows 7, 64 bit , 4 gb.. after I boot up I get an error "Music Agent has stopped running" Does anyone know how to correct this? thanks |

I'm sure it's some program that is starting up when your computer boots that is crashing. Are you sure that's the exact error message? Google didn't come up with anything.

The error is:
MUSIC_Agent has stopped working I already Googled it like you I think it has to do with the Gateway Touch Portal Any gateway experts out here?.....thanks |

Either see if you can update the buggy Gateway software and that may fix it or disable it from starting via the method I posted above.
