OMG!!! I had the best lunch! take one red cabbage finely shred just under a quarter, grate two fresh carrots, julienne a red pepper, (capsicum) half a red onion, add a large dollp of japanese sweet mayonaisse...and top with yummy toasted tofu coated in Biryani spices. divine! and I have to laugh at the latest 'superfood' craze...what was old stock vegetables are the new trend.

You can also try the Japanese Kani salad. Just add some shredded crab meat. I always eat this together with salmon sashimi.
