Topic: Lets go topicless... - part 95 | |

I like the sept. month in New Zealand. Tomorrow the high will be in the 50's again. Or so they say. Been dry for the most part here this season.
I also have a sneaking appreciation of September, since I was born in that month. What year were you here?
98 for that whole month. i had a motor cycle for the trip around the New Zealand country side.
A month on a motor- bike should have allowed you to see most if not all of NZ. Sight seeing on two wheels is quicker, if not quite as comfortable as 4

It was so wonderful indeed with everyday filled with a wondrous ride. The people gave it a special memories, with the food and the hospitality.
I assume you would have taken a truck load of photo's. They are always great for rekindling the memories, particularly if you have noted where you were when the photo was taken!
I took 20 rolls of 36 exposures. I do have many photo's of my trip. I would like to see Australia before I pass. The outback gives me a wanting to see that whole area. See the Kalooglie Boulder and the City of Perth.

20 rolls of film should have kept the memory alive! That is a major pic taking exercise. I have friends in Perth & Rockhampton, both of whom are Kiwis, but when I went to Australia, they hadn't been born. I'm not sure if that means I'm getting older or they are very young

If I voice no opinion on that last statement, I will not offend. Indeed the voice of silentness is golden indeed.
I am more than happy to say the answer is both points of view. The reality is that the older of these ladies was probably 3-4 months old when I came back!
Yes indeed no commit. The place I would like to look at there is Ayers rock, and visit Alice since I had a personal contact with a resident of that city.
I never got to the Alice, though I believe it is fairly warm.(hot) I'm told that beer is (a) ice cold, &(b)drunk with enthusiasm

I know the person from there, she could not hold her liqueur. But most people that have a drink here in Colorado, do not realize the 6700 foot mountains have a effect on people. She says its in the 100's there, for many days.
I will admit that I haven't had a drink at that altitude, but I suspect that it wouldn't take too many to be "too many."
Indeed people that do come here find out in the first day. They have a few like they do where they live. Then find out straight away, that they can not drink that way.
So the tourists put on a side show for the locals
Yes they do indeed. People sure can tell a mountain person from a flatlander.
Yesterday I had allsorts of hassles with this 'puta, though I think it was more likely the IP rather than at this end. However, the time is approaching when I will have to fade away into the darkening gloom, I still have some time left though. The law in NZ says kids under the age of 14 have to be supervised, but more often aren't. This not-withstanding, I have a couple of grandaughters who require an elderly eye on them, to keep the man happy.

Yes they do indeed. People sure can tell a mountain person from a flatlander. And I guess the mountain people egg the tourists on, just to have a laugh at their expense. |
Have a grand time doing your duty sir. It would be pleasing to do so in many ways. There are people here that are well over that age that should be supervised indeed.
Computers are a fickle machine indeed. I have had problems with the provider of the internet here. Too many get on and it slows. |
