If you think about it, much more was filtered in the old days than is today.

So more filtered and with the journalist slant.

Nowadays we have filters still but for different things and the journalists slant.

I would love to believe that all news I hear is completely factual from all sides of the issue.

It just isn't going to happen and has never happened.

Davidben has the right way to go about it.

You have to determine their point of view and discern how much of it is in the information they are portraying. Also it is important to go look at the other side or sides of the issue so you can have a more well rounded view to determine yourself what happened, what it means and what will be the result of it, for example. Much more can be determined.

I do think they tried harder to seperate the facts from their opinions.....................

and what is the natural inclination of all humans to want?

their VOICE to be heard.

so, as population increases, and communication mediums increase, the ability to have one's voice heard increases, so therefore the greater want is created by default.

hell, if nobody could hear self speaking when it was speaking, as if self did not exist, what feelings would this give any human?

so, the want of the opinion of self to be naturally heard MORE, shall be created IF THERE ARE MORE VOICES ENTERED INTO THE MIX OF ALL VOICES...

there can no missing, the WANT OF THE PERSONAL VOICE AS THE OPINION TO HE HEARD, HAS INCREASED, DRAMATICALLY.

and therefore, the bias, as well, had to increase, whether it is noticed or not.

Homosapiens live longer......baby boomers now in their fifties to sixties have given birth to 2.5 children.....there are definitely an increased population that are made to live longer through general practices of medicine.....as a result the Earth becomes overloaded with the populous of humans taking over.....becoming more biased with opinions......not even opening their own minds to the opinions surrounding them creating a stagnation of extremists fighting back in forth over looking at the corelating aspects good and bad or negative and positive affects from each aspect....now taking all aspects and making a diagram of the negative correlating possibilities of each aspect and compromising all aspects giving and taking from each aspect to create a positive direction creates stagnation......and that is where we will all stay until we lift the biasness from opinion and consider each other aspects

hell, for one to even dare try to remove bias from itself, it would have to have ANOTHER VIEW, to focus on more than self's...

Yes bringing GOD into the equation brings free will back into the equation free to chose beliefs or non beliefs........if we make a decision for our families do all the family members agree and can it create contrversy......even by looking at all aspects and paths we may chose......and creating an answer to best suit the family by seperating the negative and positive of each directional path and possibly combining different aspects from one path to another do we come up with the best directional path to takes ourselves.......we still reap positive and negative correlations for each decision........for politicians its whether they get voted in to represents their constituents and populous through feedback from that state voters........if they do not follow the paths of the majority they lose their jobs to the opponents next election......if we think and react and vote the way we always did........we will get what we always got
