It could be used after the fact. As evidence in a trial where someone was charged with child abuse. It could be used to get a search warrant as well, people who bought the book I named have had it done to them. They get taken into questioning and their entire life analyzed...but I suppose that is covered by the extremely large umbrella of domestic terrorism. Just quit burning books and leave people to read whatever they want, then, if they commit a crime...convict them, do not presume guilt based off some literature. No all companies like Amazon do it anyways for upto 7 years.......taxes shipping charges etc.......they can subpeona those records for courts and it is absolutely not illegal to do so.......the information including shipping address billing address what was ordered order number and quantity ordered and completely legal Yes with a court order that could be handed over. A wire tap is also legal with a court order. But cops just can't go bug everyones phone incase they decide to commit a crime and talk about it on the phone. |
