that there is the first bike bought. it's a 1985 Kawasaki 454LTD. nice little cruiser. liquid cooled, belt drive, dual gauges, and dual exhaust. it was light(about 400lbs) enough to learn on but not powerful enough to scare you.

cool i moved up to a 750Vulcan, have an 85 and an 06. got my baby momma's 07 1200low sportster in for an oil change and to fix a tail light she damaged.

yeah your smart you have bikes you can ride upwards on long distances,mine i have to lay on the tank with my feet on the back pegs for long rides or my back starts hurtin,i've ridin a few hogs actually i had a '73 shovelhead with saddlebags and all that,but i sold it cause for some reason i love gsx-r

harley's are nice and all, but i do like to ride long distances. i see alot of sport bikes around, but i got on a honda interceptor 500cc once, and i felt like that sucker was gonna shoot out from underneath me. too quick and that lay down style to ride was awkward
