They Passed legislation at night, on weekends and holidays without ANYONE seeing it even when their phonelines were melting down with furious calls from America. Then they lose over 600 seats and what do they do? Reid, Pelosi and O decide to – get this – DIG IN. O gives the middle finger and splits the country. Reid says no way in hell will he compromise. And Pelosi? She says it’s party time at the taxpayer’s expense so eff all of us. |

Republicans not willing to compromise as usual? We have a lame duck congress now. Nothing will get done but it will show in favor of the Dems in 2012 so we may see a swing back. You will be surprised at what will happen by around February or March, trust me. No, I won't. You will be sadly disappointed. And it will be sad for real, because Americans will suffer but Republicans don't care about the common folks anyway. They managed to fool them into thinking so this last election but it will show in their actions as usual. THere are a few Dems looking to flip parties after january, which would put Republicans at a 50/50 split. Plus there are enough bllue dogs Democrats in the Senate to get Republican bills pushed through. I also think a lot of Democrats will stannd up to the policies of Obama that got a ton of them $hit canned November 2nd. I sense they will override his veto if he wont sign any of their bills. |
