ahh my love life is pathetic too, but when it comes to dancing its just something that I love, and I get so involved with the music that I forget who is around me........the key is to leave your body flow with the music........its great....and you know what back to dancing for my health...can do that at home with no one around, and boy does it take the weight off

i dance every day .. does wonders.. now if my kids would stop using me for a trampoline when i try to do sit ups.. and pushups lol
