Hi Jeff It is snowing like crazy here! I am not ready for this nonsense I have not been looking forward to that white stuff. I was so very full last night, I guess we ate it all. Going to have to cook it again on Sunday for a potluck here in the apt. So good morning sweet lady.

Crockpot ribs with a orange sauce, also with a cherry sauce. They were nice and tasty. Sometimes it works when I do something, other times it is a total oops. Use many easy to make items for these. The Mexican rice was a box mix. The ground beef had some of the taco seasonings. The cheese I used was a Mexican soft cheese. The pepper sauce was red peppers and yellow peppers, orange peppers.
