Happy Halloween Betts! Getting lots of practice with your broom? You bet I am  Scared everybody at the party last night!  Good for you!!! You had a good time then? Yeah it was a nice group of people, maybe around 20 .It was nice. Hows your man? He's actually pretty good..I like him. We hunted hogs yesterday and went to Austin today to Cabelos..just got home. They have a restaurant of sorts...but it's a HUGE hunting and fishing store! ok then...did you go to both? Yes we did..had Buffalo. Didn't like it..it was too dry!  Was it tough too?Sounds like it could be. |

Hi Silver Congrats on finally getting that surgery done. thanks, yea finally... will be in the hospital 3 days and then home.. I can drive when I want as its my left leg and I have an automatic.. that makes it nice...

No, not tough, just dry...we were both disappointed. I had buffalo in West Yellowstone.. I didn't like it either for the same reason...too dry..need to mix a little fat with it..

I enjoy elk very much. I also like buffalo, eat many times a month. People cook it way too long. Without the fat content it does need some prep. |

Is Elk a common thing to eat in CS Jeff? Yes many people who hunt, give some of it away. I enjoy it very much. Many of the restaurants serve it in Colorado. |
