If someone tries to IM you here and you decline, do they know?

i dont know, but my computer bleeps at me sometimes and I dont even know how to answer the dang thing...

As far as I know it just shows that it did not connect.. Honestly I keep mine turned of it bugs me so I refuse to use it......

i dont know, but my computer bleeps at me sometimes and I dont even know how to answer the dang thing... You may have a pop up blocker blocking yours. For when they IM you, you will see a screen come up for the IM. If you do not see it then check your pop up blockers to see if they are in fact blocking the IM's.

i hit decline all the time and they keep coming back, until i changed my settings in my account. I dont think they know when they are declined, either that or they are very desperate.

It does not tell them you declined they most likely just think it did not go through for it just closes the window...
