You have no idea. If I were President when that South Korean ship was sunk our whole Pacific Fleet would have been deployed off the coast of N. Korea and that country would have been liberated. That was an act of war on an Allied Nation.

If I were President when Iran jumped that British ship in international waters, I would have taken that for what it was an acto of war against an Allied Nation and NATO member nation.

If I were President I would deploy the 5th fleet off the coast of Iran and demand the release the the two innocent American hikers being held like POW's(who were kidnapped via snatch and grab in Iraq) and the missing FBI Agent they have in custody. I would give them 48 hours to produce them or were coming in to get them.

Hell if I were President I would have also reacted to the horendous crimes Iran committed on it's people after the corrupt election. We could have very easily toppled that regime.

If I were President our border with Mexico would be more secure then Area 51. I would transfer a minimum of 20 UAV's to the Border Patrol and Coast Guard(and have non stop flights over our borders and waterways), build a three tier fence system, give the Border Patrol and Coast Guard more personnel, weapons and equipment. I would also have "Hard Time" prisons built for people caught illegally crossing the border and make sure they are prosecuted as the Felons that they are. I would immediately grant pardons to ALL Law Enforcement Agents who are serving time in prison for defending themselves from dangerous illegal immigrants.

We would double the size of the Coast Guard and build and expand bases on ALL US border waterways and justify the use of force to protect the border by ANY means necessary.

China is no friend but they are not an immediate danger like Iran, Pakistan(if the government collapses), N. Korea or Russia.

Issue an Executive Order to handle them. They are enemies of America and designate them as Specially Designated Terrorists. Hell Ayers and his wife were on the FBI's top 10 most wanted list and Weatherman Underground is still on the Terror Watch List, but as inactive.

I would also build up our Armed Forces, personnel and equipment. That is a lot of jobs right there. If the Navy wants a boat they get a boat. If the Army wants a tank they get a tank. If the Air Force wants some new planes they will get planes. If the Coast Guard wants anything they will get it. As well as ANY homeland security or Federal Law Enforcement Agency.

I would also stop this endless scrapping of perfectly good military equipment like the Stealth Fighter or these idiotic base closings.

I would also push through congress making pedophilia a capitol offense and make the appeal's process for death row a lot shorter. More courts and judges if neccessary.

I would also eliminate those private security companies like Blackwater and increase our man power to compensate. That way if there is a crime committed they can be tried under the UCMJ so they actually pay for their crimes.

Besides it would be cheaper to recruit more military members then pay Blackwaters outrageous fee's.

Anyone remember Operation Red Wing? When four memebers of the Seal Team were in place to take out a top Taliban Leader they were stumbled upon in their hiding spot by goat hearders. The members detained and restrained them and put to a vote what to do with them. Kill them and accomplish their mission or let them go and pray to god they were frendly. They voted to set them free because they were afraid of being prosecuted. That mistake turned out to be the deadliest day since World War II for a special operations team.

Shortly after the goat herders disappeared over the mountain ridge, the SEALs were confronted by a force of Afghan fighters, estimated between 50-200 strong, the released herders had given away their position.

The insurgents set up a "well organized, three-sided attack", which forced the SEALs to begin running down the slope. After 45 minutes of fighting, Murphy moved into the open, after noting the team's radio transmitters weren't functioning properly in the mountains, and placed the emergency call for support from his cell phone. He was shot in the abdomen during the conversation. Nevertheless he returned to his cover after the call and continued to battle.

Immediately twp helicopters with 16 Seal's and Delta Force operatives were immediately launched to provide aide and evacuation, but were shot down and all team members died.

Those four Navy Seal's killed 135 Taliban and AQ fighters that day. Only one survived.

The only survivor of the attack, Luttrell tried to hide himself as he waited for rescue from the search helicopters flying overhead. Driven by thirst, shot in the leg and with three cracked vertabrae, he traversed over 7 miles over the remainder of the day.

He remained unnoticed until, falling from a ledge, he was discovered by an Afghan shepherd named Gulab, who summoned his companions to help carry the wounded Luttrell to the village of Sabray-Minah. The villagers took care of Luttrell, providing food and medical attention, and protecting him from the Taliban that came to the village demanding that he be turned over to them.

Despite multiple attempts, the search helicopters were unable to locate the wounded Navy SEAL. On July 2, the village elder, armed with a note from Luttrell, went down to seek help from Camp Blessing, a Marine outpost several miles away, and approached First Lieutenant Matt Bartels with his information.

With this news, the U.S. forces drew up extraction plans which according to Lt. Col. Steve Butow were "one of the largest combat search-and-rescue operations since Vietnam". As the rescue teams closed in upon the village they ran into Luttrell and some of the villagers who were moving him from one hiding place to another.

This was crap. The Seals were to kill the herders because of a fear of being prosecuted. The herders were later provent to be scouts. So that decision to spare a couple lives(by what the Democrats refer to as blood thirsty American Soldiers) cost the lives of nineteen Seals and Delta Force operatives and severly wounded one. Not to mention the loss of two CH-47F helicopter at the cost of approximately $40,000,000 each.

All because our service members were to afraid of charges being brought on them because of us trying to kiss everyone's a$$ when they are out to get us.

I would also start awarding the Medal of Honor to people who are worthy of it, not just picl and choose. The first one I would award is one to someone who is already dead. A very decorated United States Marine veteran who put himself in harms way(right after getting out of the VA hospital) and stopped the assassination of President Ford. Because he was gay he wasn't even invited to the White House and only got a very short note from President Ford.

Then the papers outted him as being gay after he became a hero after the assassination attempt. He asked them not to out him because his family would disown him and he would lose his job. It wouldn't affect his military career since he was medically discharged for a serious injury in Vietnam while saving someone else's life.

The papers in fact did out him and his family and friends wanted nothing to do with him and he was fired from his job. All because the recklessness of the Newspapers.

He committed suicide holding the letter President Ford sent him(his most prized posession).

The only reason he did not get the medal is because he was gay. That is unacceptable.
