What I would like to know is...if there are soooooooo many of us lonely people on earth....why is it so hard to find friends???????  but I thought we were friends I did too...it's not hard to find friends Mary...it's hard to find that one on one buddy we are looking for. |

Having a big get-together next Saturday night for adult birthdays. Anyone got any good idea/recipes for appetizers? So far am making by demand: Goulash Garlic Bread Salad Birthday Nummies for 3: Pumpkin Bars Giant Chocolate chip cookie Ghirardelli chocolate cookies Then for the bonfire time: Black Bean dip/ chips Garden Roll Ups I need more appetizer ideas...help?????????? I do a jalapeno stuffed with cheese wrapped in bacon..some places they call them armadillos. a fav of my son's |

I do a jalapeno stuffed with cheese wrapped in bacon..some places they call them armadillos. a fav of my son's NUMMY...how do you make it? cut peppers lengthwise in half, seed them set aside..filling is cream cheese worcershire sauce, sharp shredded cheese and some mild, minced onions, blend soft enough to stuff the peppers. Don't make them too full, the cheese will melt out. wrap them in half a slice of thin bacon. cook them on over 400 degrees until the peppers start shriveling and the bacon is cooked. I do most of my cooking without recipes, so I would say, play it by ears, just make sure you have a combination with the right balances for your taste. |
