good, went to the pool with the kids and floated a long time on my back. let my son and daughter push me around in a innertube for a while in the kiddie pool. showed him how to see a clear plastic cup in the pool by it's shadow. did some diving off the springboard - did a (front) flip for the first time in a long while...

but, the minivan died after we got back and i'm going to have to take it in for service...

i love the pool. i am a closet exhibitionist.
but i loved floating the best and focusing on
the sound of my breathing when my ears were
underwater...slow breathing exercises as the
world drifted silently away as the water lapped
gently and the clouds floated almost imperceptibly
overhead. beautiful sunny day earlier today.
very peaceful....
