You're NOT condemned ... you have every right to not vote. BUT: If you don't want to participate and vote, then please have the good grace and common courtesy to just shut up when things don't go the way you wanted 'em to ... You had the chance and chose to ignore the opportunity ... Choice 'n consequence. Oh - NOT voting is also laziness in action ... just sayin' ... Wait, did we just come full circle on this convo?

No - you still don't have the right to bitchh about the results of any election if you choose to not participate in the process - but you DO have the right to eliminate yourself from the opportunity to have input. Those of us who DO vote will ignore you because, in a very real sense, you don't exist as a voter with a voice and a position.

Well I have voted in every election since I was 18 and will continue to, but I find vollentering for worth cause make the most difference, U alone can change a life by your giving to those who need it!!

Hi Ocean, I'm not crazy about the system... I am comforted by the majority of the world that have no voice and still hold hope. People would kill and die(and they do) to be able to vote. I would never look at anyone differently for not voting... It is after all their choice. That's what people in the free world do... Live & let live right? Perhaps we've been living somewhat of a sheltered life? I know I have! with that comes a feeling that everything will remain the same with the same comforts we've always enjoyed... I fear for the next generations so I vote....I know someone, somewhere in some foreign land appreciates my effort to improve things.
