One of the things I love most about this site -- is the way people will take the time to wish a happy birthday to someone 897,000 miles away -- and really mean it -- it's not something I see on any other site, the sense of community, the sense of friendship that has so firmly taken root here.... Three and a half years after I signed up here, you guys still amaze me with your sheer goodness and decency. There haven't been many places I've ever been where I could honestly say my faith in humanity had been restored -- but this is one of them. It's what makes our site different. It's what makes our site....unique.... Don't ever change....!!

I wanted to satirize the ubiquitous "MySpace-camera-phone-in-bathroom-mirror" pic (which are usually pretty lame, unless you get a peek at the toilet in the corner), so I figured I'd use a camera phone AND a regular camera. Turns out it doesn't actually work very well, but I used that pic on the back of my last book, so it wasn't a total loss.
