before pakistan had the recent floods they hated the west and plotted against uk and usa troops. All of a sudden the floods happen and surprise surprise, they beg the west for money. Two faced or what? What's your opinion?

It's a catch-22..
If you send money you don't really know where it will end up. If you ignore them, that could lead to the extremists using it as a recruiting tool and that could actually make things much worse for the troops. There can be little accountability for the money, however, as a gesture of goodwill based on some sort of contrived humanitarian grounds, some money might not be a bad way to go. |

Pakistan started their nuclear weapons program in 1972.....money wasted that could be spent on humanitarian issues.......many countries beg for help but are unwilling to help themselves

we shouldn't help them....thse middle eastern countries need to learn how to be big boys and stand on their own two feet. countries like pkistan dont scare me, they may have a few nukes...but they cant do anything with them...most nuclear countries dont have the combat experience we do....we eliminate enemies at a rate of a thousand to one right now.....good odds for any westerner.
