Rudolph Lemont, 46, was convicted on charges from Nov. 28, 2008, when authorities say Lemont inappropriately touched the girl as she visited family in Delray Beach. According to a Delray Beach Police arrest affidavit, Lemont repeatedly rubbed the outside of the girl's clothing, touching her on the buttocks. He also kissed the girl on the mouth at least three times, the report said. Lemont attempted to prevent the girl from reporting the incident by giving her candy and telling her "this is our little secret." Lemont was declared a dangerous sexual felony offender and predator, and the 25-year sentence is the mandatory minimum, a state attorney's news release stated. |

His mistake was not claiming to be 'muslim' ... Jesus, not everything has to be about religion, and claiming religious freedom doesn't save your a$$ all the time. Do you know anything about government or just what Glenn Beck tells you? |
