Man those Locusts sure have been LOUD lately. You can hear them above the TV!!!! I've been hearing the locusts a lot out here too. Doesn't that mean an early fall? Means there are a hell of a lot of Locusts.... DARN!!!!! Doesn't hurt to hope though. Wouldn't it be nice cause that would mean cooler weather! Speaking of fall, are you ready for school? It always takes an adjustment to get back in the swing of things, but once I do, I am happy to be back. I love teaching. That says a lot. You must be a great teacher!

I think I'm going to sign off here. Have to do dishes & think I'll turn in. I'm kind of tired & have been fighting another migraine all day. I've had one everyday this week. Nite all!!

I call them locust and think they are all related to the grasshopper.

Don't think grasshoppers shed their skins like zicatas. could be the same family, a hord of grasshoppers are called Locusts.
