Actually, the most important trick Ive learned is to hang around the hardware store looking all fluffy and lost.
i do something similar when women come over.i sit around and act like i haven't eaten in days so they cook for me actually i just tell them "woman,get in there and fix me some dinner!" and they do it cause they don't wanna mess with this

Found out most of the designer ones are not built as good....  But they are sweet looking.....

Well, my kids staged an "intervention" and Im not allowed to use power tools unsupervised ever again...O and apparently that includes a life-time ban on expanding foam...sigh...
