for yall that like crappie, we used this trick in dallas at the lakes... take the natural x-mas trees and wiegh them down and sink them in spots that you can get to in the summer... i was using 3 hook rigs, and was pulling them up 3 ata time every time. they like to use them a nest for hiding their eggs in. we also had a trick for catfish, using dog food as chum.

My Dad used to put the X-mas tress down as cover in our pond while I was growing up. They attract all the fish....... |

I mostly fish for Walleye but there are times when ya just have to get into some good Musky fishing.. While it was no record, the biggest Musky that I have ever caught was 48" and it fought like it was a 6 footer... Of course I released the beast but only after many pics were taken...
Thanks for the Crappy tip MightyMoe.. .. I might have to do that next year once the ice is gone and try it out... |

Probably do some fishing in Florida later this year.
I love to go crabbing but haven't been to Maryland this summer. |

I just catch and release but have caught a ton of blue gill and some big mouth bass in the local lakes and ponds. So relaxing to go spend and afternoon or morning casting. Friday night a group of us are going fishing for catfish, cannot wait :)
