i'll admit, he has his hands full with bushes mess, but like i said, that excuse is getting old...maybe he will suprise us all soon. And Bush inherited, and Daddy inherited, and Carter inherited and Regan inherited. This is the first time this inherited excuse has been so overplayed. Right now, Hussien is partying and tryin' ta' sell his sheep other think-alike crooks. (And he's gettin' paid ta' do it!) He ain't workin' ta' get anything done right now. Word was, he and Kagan were supposed to get away together Saturday and celebrate some more. Would take more than a couple industrial bags bags ta' bring myself to get that desperate! She COULD have spent those dollars in OUR economy ... she COULD have been less HYPOCRITICAL with her MENU choices (remember, she's the one in our faces telling us WE have to 'eat healthy' while she stuffs HER face with ice cream and sea bass) ... There are LOTS of reasons this is the WRONG thing to do. There are LOTS of reasons why this sends precisely the WRONG message to the citizens of this nation. There are LOTS of reasons why, in a POOR ECONOMY (caused by her husband's policies, btw) she SHOULD have stayed HOME. This coming from someone who doesn't want to travel out of the country because he's paranoid about full body scans by the TSA and doesn't want to spend money. And someone who assumes those who list travel in the profiles here are looking for someone to pay for their lifestyle. Now it makes sense. You think that because you don't want to travel out of the country, that anyone who does must be wrong. I'm guessing you think you're setting a good example for everyone, when anyone who travels is not? |

if we dont buy theirs, they dont buy ours Id love to shut down global economy and just restrict all american money to america,, but that is not how the so called 'free market' works and nothing I have heard the Obamas promote,,, i very seriously doubt by promoting american made products and services by our supposedly #1 american will shut down the global economy. depending upon where the limits stop,,,do we prevent any american from traveling outside the us until the economy is 'fixed' ? if so, do we also prevent them from purchasing or owning anything that wasnt american made? IF we insist everyone stop spending any money that will leave america,, might it follow that those outside of america may decide not to spend money that will leave their country? who decides where it will stop? America is part of a big world, and americans are free to spend their money anywhere in that big world that they choose,,,, its actually a GREAT example, of how free market and global economy flourish,, i think you misunderstand where i'm coming from here... i never said ANY american, i said the first lady. her and her husband are supposed to lead by example. everything starts at the top, and trickles down. if they start showing that they want to help the country and quit wasting money, other people will see it and follow their lead. i think everyone deserves a vacation, but her "vacation" is a little overboard. i know to some, she is the Mrs. Messiah, but i think i will just stick with the queen. "let them eat cake" From the way you talk about the President and his family, something tells me that no matter where they vacation, you'll find something wrong with it.
