so they should ok because they forgot? well, geez, officer, i forgot that murder was against the law...i forgot that i am here illegally, and didn't do what i was supposed to to stay legal... forgetting/not remembering is not an excuse. we have to obey the laws, so do they.

I dont think the law would see it that way,,, |

I just believe the penalty for one type of accidental offense should not be the same as that for an intentional offense. Kind of like hitting someone with a car that has faulty brakes, or just blatantly running them over(accelerating),, same end, but different reasons. |
