Every time I eat there, I see whales going by. There is a year round pod that lives right off Depoe Bay. I see them occasionally at the end of the street, by Mo's. Pretty fascinating. |

There is a year round pod that lives right off Depoe Bay. I see them occasionally at the end of the street, by Mo's. Pretty fascinating. I wish I knew I would have gone to this resturant I did not get to see whales

When I was little I used to go camping with my family at Beverly Beach, haven't been there in years. I worked at Beverly Beach a few back. They just redid the road (101) in front of it, long needed. There is also an interpretive center there now, probably new to you? Wonderful place to camp. |

I wish I knew I would have gone to this resturant I did not get to see whales Well, a block further on past "Tidal Raves' the hiway is literally on the ocean, the spray often hits your windshield. There is seating and some sort of center, about whales I am thinking, just opposite the one light in town :-) Lots of boutique'y little shops there too. Interesting leather place and a cool brass place, the Sea Hag has good food. |

Have you ever been to Mt. Hood? I get to see Mt Hood everyday on my drive home(when it's light out)- advantage of living off of Highway 26.
