In these economic times, I would assume those conditions would exclude A LOT of potential mates? The only one that would get me is the no job. Before everyone starts beating me up...let me explain that I have done my fair share of supporting a spouse while he "finds himself" and "tries to find a career that will make him happy". Including all bills in my name because their credit was worse than mine AND buying them toys to play with while I went to work everyday to pay for everything. Hmmmmm two divorces....two bankruptcies. A pattern I am working on breaking!!!

Would you date someone who has filed for bankruptcy ? would you date someone without a job ? would you date someone who wasn't financially stable ?? dont recall dating someone that filed for bankruptcy(but i did) as for the others. have done that i had a old bf that lived wit me for 2yrs and only job he had was working at the fair during the summer, i had 3 jobs and it still wasent enough... and no he was not finacally stable neither was my ex hubby but why would it bother me if i had dated someone that filed for bankruptcy

Alot of people have filed for bankruptcy these days. In alot of cases, it has become the "in" thing to do because unemployment was up, mortgages shot up, raises at jobs were non existent, and housing values plummeted. In fact, I know of five couples who have filed for bankruptcy just so they could start over fresh. Bankruptcy does not have the "stigma" it once had, and in my mind, if I met someone who had done it, then big deal. I don't know what put them there, and I am not about to judge them for it. Without a job? Well, if she is going to school for a new career, then I am all for it. Why would I not date someone who is trying to better themself? Now, if she was leech, well.....she will have to give great head for to continue leeching off of me. Financially stable? Again, if she is a woman who runs up debt all the time, then no. But, if she fell on hard times, and is working her way back up, then I respect that.
