Help me out here. This movie is late 70's early 80's all we can remember is that this one guy uses a stopwatch to control time. the scene my friend & i remember is the guy freezing a woman & putting in a viecal with a group of guy. can anyone help?

The only thing that comes to mind "A Kind of a StopWatch". But thats from the Twighlight Zone series and aired in the early 60's.
