Yea, I understand about the weight problem... doing the same thing myself..and that doesn't help my diabetes either.. I am doing upper body exercises at the gym but it only helps a little.. At least you are doing something....shamefully I am not doing anything. My Fibromyalgia has been acting up after I worked on the yard and deck and I can hardly move so I just lay around....worse thing that I could do, but guess I am having a pity party. I understand Mary...

It is a very slow leak and can't tell where the ground is wet cuz it is so dry (even tho it has rained tons) so it soaks right in.
