hi, I'd just like to report this problem with my IM, I can't receive the initial IM's unless I IM first. I know this because I have been informed by 3 persons that I don't answer my IM...but nothing really pops up from my end unless I initiate the IM window myself..

Its a glitch that keeps popping up

Not that I know of to be honest . It righted itself soon enough whenever it happened to me

We're looking into the potential issue, guys. Thanks for the post.
*edit* After a good deal of testing, we have found that it is working. It might be sluggish at the moment, but it is working. If you are waiting for a few seconds and still not getting the IM invitation, then you may want to check your browser's security settings. |

I'm getting a consistent message that says 'can't authenticate' on the IM and none of them are going thru that I try to initiate. What does that mean, and what's the fix for it?

Hi,
I get the same application error (unable to authenticate) when I try to use the IM. It has happened rarely in the past but always fixed itself; this time, it has lasted for the past day and there is no sign that it will be fixed. |
