It's not a problem. Unfortunately, I am not able to post the good news I had hoped to. This is proving to be the mother of all IM issues, but we will get it back online. We're going to call it a night, now, but we'll be back at it early tomorrow.

The Instant messenger bug was resolved earlier in the day. Thanks to our techs. We have tested it, and it does appear to be functioning normally. |

Just wanted to ask "What does Stealth Mode mean?". Thanks once again :)

Stealth Mode makes it impossible to tell if a person is online, at any given time. Also, if you are in Stealth and view another's profile, that person will not know. On the downside, an account in Stealth Mode is not able to receive and incoming IMs (but you are able to start IM sessions).
