I am just too picky I guess.

Honestly Lex you already know the pay sites are over rated...you pay to
what?? Get what you have here for free..but the upside of here is you
get friends, you actually get the chance to know and interact with
people here where as pay sites are mostly well boring and so full of
employees with a gazillion profiles sending you emails and flirts...save
your money Lex go buy some Llama food or Vanilla Pepsi with it

CCP -- You are absolutely right, and my initial mistake was letting the
sheer membership numbers of the other site sway me. Plus I had just been
through a rather traumatic breakup, and it made me feel better to think
I was doing "something," regardless of how stupid or futile (or
cost-inefficient) it might have been!

And the other site had no forums. And the profiles there are about as
informative as the label on the aspirin bottle.

If I had known about JSH back then (but I'm not sure if JSH was even up
and running yet, at that point), it would have made more sense for me to
be here, plus I would have saved a little money!

Well Lex you're here now and thats all that really counts. You've been a
fabulous friend to Whisper, you have introduced the world to wonders of
Llama's, you have sported the most sexiest tape dispenser...you can't go
off to some dippy old pay site..we need you here..I may not always email
or respond to everything posted here but I read, I spend hours reading
and laughing, and I laugh the hardest when reading Whisper's and yours
threads.
