Wow so now your not allowed to ask what something cost someone if your really just curious. Hell they might have gotten a hell of a deal an the person was generally interested in buying one but had never looked into it...and they could tell them where to go. Humm and not talking literally to tell them to go somewhere cause they were only asking a question....

Yes I will admit there maybe some things you don't ask what they paid for it.

Hell ya'll need to be around some of my relatives. Some of them you can say ohhh what a nice shirt.. They will answer you back with what they paid for it and where they got it............But then that saves others from asking huhh

I don't have issues with someone genuinely wanting to know the price, because they're in the market, but the ones who just want to know, as an idea of how much one makes, is a whole other issue. And for both, when it's the first thing out of their mouth, it just looks bad.

As is typical, my folks have spent about 3 years going back and forth on getting one. Dad has been traveling a lot with work, so it would be a huge amount cheaper to stay in a campground, rather then a hotel. Plus, he's close to retirement and want to get away and travel again. They found an 09 version of this model at one of the RV shows 3 years ago, and have been debating it, especially with regards to money. Then a friend of hers who has a similar model was telling them about this place in Muskegon, MI, so when they called it was a huge amount less then down her in Texas for an 11 model, with all the features and such that the dealers wanted to charge extra for down here.

Mom does this with most things. She really works it to get anything as absolutely low pricewise as possible. But between family, and several friends who seem to compete (one actively does), it gets rather irritating when the money is what comes up first. No one seems to be genuinely happy about such things anymore.
