On weekends when I was a kid we would always fly in to the Nut Tree, just outside Sacramento, you know it Row? They had this wee train, driven by an engineer that tracked out to the private planes and picked you up and trained you into the hub. Then when you were done eating and shopping you got to take the wee train back to the plane. Turns out it was owned by the mafia, maybe still is, I don't know. I am here to say I saw no nefarious activity in all those years. I do know it well. My grandparents lived in Sacramento and we would meet them there couple times a year for dinner. It's still there, the train too. Really more of an outlet mall now. Lucky girl you survived the mafia and got to fly in planes and ride on trains. |

When I was a kid, my dad would say "Let's go
out for donut holes!' I would get excited every time. He meant, of course, the actual hole=nothing. So. I have no donuts. I am just not sugar-coating it :-) |
