I like the hands-on chit. So I take my turkey fryer to the beach at the end of the street and feed the homeless dinners like Thanksgiving. I am telling you, they are very grateful. And more grateful are the working ones who show up, hungry because their money ran out before the month did. What an awesome idea! I bet your turkey is fantastic!
