Air conditioner is only 6 years old. Apperently it is toast. The first guy wanted 2500.00 to replace it.

I feel for ya mine went out about 3 years ago they said inside and outside had to be replaced cost around $5,000 for both.........so back to window units I went till the time time comes and I can replace the central heat and air.................believe me window units are better then nothing...........good luck to ya try to stay cool.......... it's 92 here right now.....
