I had a date recently where he was very clingy right away, went to see a movie and he was grabbing my hand and trying to cuddle on me.  It's like I didn't get to decide if I wanted to go there or not he just went for it.  Was he trying to cuddle you AT the movie?? DWEEB!!!

The first thing I notice is whether or not they resemble their photos at all, and then how they greet me...usually it is a pretty good indication of the direction the date will go.
As far as bad date experiences, one guy showed up with his false teeth in his shirt pocket! I thought, if you're savin' those for only special occasions, this would be one.

i love affection however it has to be wanted affection.. not unwanted or forced affection.. it has to be a feeling between both parties not just one! and not too soon!

Reminds me of my last date about 5 yrs ago. The guy asked me out for a steak dinner and called that afternoon to tell me he had false teeth and took them out when he ate. I was thinking "Hmmm, I thought you got false teeth so you could still chew steak!" Needless to say, the date didn't go well. I shoulda known. Here in Vermont, teeth aren't a given. That's probably the first thing I notice, after I raise my gaze about two feet.
