some of you know that i met a guy back in march
and we had such a uncanny connection where it blew me away
he even had some of the chactors that a old bf of mine that died had
as to even find out they had the same freaken doctor.. how bazare is that

any how i made my mind up that i couldnt deal with being around another alcoholic, he states hes a drunk not a alcoholic but there the same.. i email him the other day and told him how i felt and i was braking up with him..

i just got a text message stating that the same day i sent him that message his dad died..
so hes having time with his bestfriend the beer.
the way it seem to is he trying to put a guilt trip on me

i know im right for telling goodbye
i have never seen him drunk and talking to him on the phone he sounds the same
i just dont really know how hes able to hold down a job with his drinking problem

hes makes jokes all the time and there are many that can go just to far
he said that he told his mom a joke when he was younger and its was about a epilepic and she laugh about it. but she is a epilepic.. thats not funny you dont make funn of anyone with a health issue

he sounds like a dink....

where do you get a chemical imbalance when hes a dang alcoholic

because to me,something isn't clicking right in his brain IMO


i had a friend with a chemical imbalance and he was just like the guy that you described

With enough alcohol his brain chemistry can change..alcoholism is a degenerative disease. Drinking enough can absolutely change your brain...

Sorry to hear that.......but alcoholism or drunks do have a chemical imbalance....which has been located as a gene in the brain the causes addictive personalities.......the only trouble is they have to be dead in order to test that part of the brain for the gene. Sorry you have felt this problem. And is a degenrative disease, but also, progressive in the fact that, an alocoholic does not start from scratch when they begin drinking again.....they pick up from where they left off.........degenrative in the fact that is breaks down the mental acuity and thinking process and destroys the liver. Just as the appendix helps to prevent cancerous cells, something not known previously.
