There is a sharp difference between what expectations of women has joining a dating site versus men.

I want to know how many mails and nudges do women get compared to men and what about the "choices" they get when you have several men willing to take you out to a date.

When guys join the dating sites it's different. Usually I would suspect that guys do more searches and nudging than women.

Do you agree?

I never search, nudge or send emails. The exceptions are the friends I've met on the forums.

I rarely ever receive communication from members I don't know (via their search). I receive an average amount of views per day - maybe 60 or 70 views and approx (2) "a member wants to meet you" activity per week.

I don't care really because I come here to giggle and bounce in the forums.

I'm just here to watch MelodyGirl giggle and bounce... in the forums.

I thought that was average. I honestly haven't asked anyone. I would never assume my views were more than normal. Furthermore, I have the "anti" profile!

I never nudge strangers. I will send out emails when I find interesting people, though.

I get a couple of views every day. Don't really get nudges anymore since I put it in my profile that I'm not looking for intimate encounters. Alot of mail but that is from a select few friends on here.

Is that how you stop people from nudging you? I put in my profile to please not get my attention by nudging me (at the top of the profile) and I still get them several times a week from strangers! At least some read your profile.

Maybe "normal" for a beautiful tall blonde bombshell....but not for the short, kinda-pretty redhead......

I get 5 views a day and haven't been nudged yet

I get about 3 views on some days, other days maybe 1. But when I switch to the cartoon I have in my profile pictures to be the main picture I get zero. I get nudges time to time , but only from friends.

i never really paid attention to how many views/winks i get - so i went back and counted them! there were 22 views and five nudgie thingies for the week. i didn't even really think it would be that high. not one email however, only from people i already know.

i've always sent out first emails to people who catch my interest. i've never had a problem with that. however, i'd say 99% of them never reply. it's only fair i guess, i'd say that's about my average too

When I first joined this site eons ago, I did a lot of searches and sent tons of emails. Now I just look at a profile to see where a person lives and how old they are after seeing a post they did in the forums. They usually look back, but like me they mostly do not email. But as to whos viewed me in a week, it varies, from 0 to 10.

As for the nudges,I do not send any and here is what it says on my profile and I still get one every so often dispite this disclaimer...If you plan on sending me a nudge, please follow up with an email, I will not respond to nudges without follow up email. After a while my tush gets sore from all the swift kicks, and my ribs are cracked from all the pokes. And I swear by all that's holy I wont kiss or hug a stranger.

Not many read that far I guess.

Oh and let me clean out the cob webs out of my mail box. That should tell you how many emails I get in a week.
