I got my chores done, so im going for a putt thru the forest.

one enjoyable first date i did that was a bit different was meeting at the saturday market.. loads of people there like a fair... people make things and sell them.. artists. then there are food booths, and people playing music.. doing things on street corners like getting outta straight jackets... magic, mimes all sorts of things.. just walking around getting to know each other.. its on the waterfront of the river here..

I would like doing something like that also. The food thing did it for me, it sounds like fun

In general, if I'm meeting someone for the first time, it's going to be in a public place and I'm going to drive myself there. Not really interested in getting into a car with some strange guy I don't know much about. But, the first date or meeting can be anything that gives us a chance to chat and get to know each other.

On the other hand, I've met a few people (not all dates) from here that I was perfectly fine getting in a car with and driving somewhere together. Then again, I knew them for quite a while before meeting. It's really just going to depend on who it is.

If I met the person online, and this would be our first meeting, I would feel most comfortable meeting somewhere public, and somewhere that I know best, so that if things were, well not going right, and I did not feel safe, I'd be able to leave, and know where to go... Unfortunately, I get lost easily...

My most recent ( and most likely the last I'll ever have to do ) first " outing " involved just over 33,000 people and a couple of baseball teams...lmao
