MINGLE SAYS UPDATE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS YOU CLICK SEND A E-MAIL NOTHING HAS CHANGED WITH YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS......MINGLE DOES NOT SEND A E-MAIL AND YOU CAN NOT VIEW YOUR MESSAGES IN MINGLE OR SEND THEM OR DOING ANYTHING .....HAS BEEN UDATED BEFORE AND MINGLE APPROVED AND THEY ASK AGAIN BUT NO E-MAIL SENT TO MY E-MAIL WHEN I CLICK NOTHING HAS CHANGED.....HOW DO YOU CONTACT THEM?

This might assist you. Check to make sure the email is not going to the spam folder in your main email address.

I am having the same problem. Tried all the "tips" nothing works.
This sucks big time.

ya i been getting that too i like the old way where u can go get email with out having to do that all the time change it back

This will be a one-time thing, once the user is able to verify his/her email. It certainly won't be a regular occurrence.

We are rolling this out gradually (we removed it a couple weeks ago in order to fine tune it) to make sure that more members are legitimate and so that we'll have another avenue to get in touch with a member if there is an unseen scenario where it is crucial.


For those who are having trouble and have not tried it yet, make sure you click the link in the tip below. You'll find it right near the bottom of the verification screen.

If you do not receive a verification email within a few minutes, please check your "spam", "bulk", or "junk" folder. How?


Finally, I'm going to send you guys test emails from another email account to see if they are bouncing or not. We will call it "Mingle2 test email", but you don't have to reply.

frustrated i am having the same problem again and i was on earlier this eve around 5pm and now i can not get on and u all didnt up date my email address the last time this happened it is getting very frustrated

I got your test email with no prob, and a notification of one from yellowrose, but nothing from the update thing after a half dozen tries...lol..waiting patiently for your button to send me one:smile:

maybe it coming snail mail:smile:
