Coming out here the day after tomorrow, for good!! He has a job, he starts Monday, and he's moving in with me!! I am so excited!! I have waited for this for a while now!!

He's taking his cat to the Boulder Animal Shelter for adoption He's dropping her off there tomorrow

Yes it is sad that no one I knew could adopt Amber. However I've had her for 10 1/2 years, and she's had a great life with me. I never asked for her, my late girlfriend Marilyn brought her up from Tucson in 2000, and I've looked after her ever since. Unfortunately, Moab apartments are not very pet friendly so it was a no win situation, and I had to make the sacrifice. I would do anything for Erica, she means that much to me. And now I am 2 days away from that final 370 mile drive out there to be with her for good, and maybe in 2012 or 2013, we'll get our dream which is to move out to Central West Florida together. It's been so hard, and so long at least for us, but our dream will finally be realized on Thursday June 17, 2010 when I arrive in Moab around 5:30 PM MDT. I love her so much, and this is it, there never will be another, this the the beginning of the journey with no end. I am truly in paradise with her, and nothing and no one can ever take that away. She has shown me happiness and joy I have never felt before. This is the beginning of our life together, I am so excited. And we met right here on Mingle2.

Moab is unlike anything you've ever seen, it is absolutely beautiful, Castle Valley, Kane Creek Canyon, the La Salle Mountains, Arches National Park, Canyonlands, Deadhorse Point, Needles, etc. It truly is the outdoor capital of the Western U.S. if not the U.S. I can't wait to get my own digi-cam so I can take 100s of more pictures. If it ends in "-ing" you can do it in Moab, it's that great. Over a million and a half visitors every year for a town of 5000. I won't be there forever, but I'll love every minute of it with Erica there until we move to Florida.

Lots of movies done here..great scenery and open spaces. The house that got blown up in 'The Stand' was in Salt Lake City....

SLC is quite a distance away from Moab, about 3 hours 45 minutes. Moab is considered SE Utah. And contrary to the stereotypes and misinformation, Utah is not all Mormon, nor is it boring, quite the contrary, and anyone who spends any amount of time there would know. I love Utah, and in every way, it is just as beautiful as Colorado, if not more so. I am so happy to be with Erica in such a beautiful state with so much to do there.

It will, we did what most couples would never dream of doing, at the beginning. We talked about every possible scenario, every life experience, what we both want and expect, and what we are willing to do for each other, at the beginning. We laid the foundation early and we know what to expect, and we know all about the heartache both of us have had in our past lives. We have been as fast forward and condensed as two people can get in 3 months. Erica truly is an angel and a Godsend to me, it is a marvelous miracle that she and I found each other, and I've always known since I've known her that it always was meant to be, it just took me a little over 40 years.

In case anyone didn't know, she's a widow, "Bobby" and I'm a widower "Marilyn." We both have so much in common, but we have some distinctive differences, and we're both Scorpios. Anyone who is into astrology look up a Scorpio-Scorpio relationship. We were made for each other. The beginning of forever, the last drive.

Well what can I say that has not already been said.... now that you two have come together along as one may the journey you face before you bring you many smiles to your faces and the love you have always dreamed that fills your heart.............
