Well yesterday was supposed to be yoga, but I chose to go bed to early....but i'm not quitting, i'm jumping back right back into tonight's workout.

ok, missed 3 days of workout last week. Yoga, legsbackabs, and kenpo...but realized that I need to work out earlier when I get home so I complete my workouts and don't get distracted! it's a new week. Time to stick with it this time! tonight...chest/back/abs!

I've doing p90x for 7 weeks now... I removed yoga altogether from my routine, I am not flex for it, and I am not following their diet plan, it’s been very good for me.
First 2 weeks were difficult but I am getting the hang of it… when I miss days I just continue from where I was, just make sure you don't keep missing days, it gets harder to get back to it. |

But it's funny, when I fall off track seems to be the yoga day lol. it's a mindset I need to get over. |

almost didn't want to do it today, but I completed day 2, plyometrics...the DVD I absolutely love to hate......it kills you, and I know tomorrow I won't hardly be able to walk...but only 88 days left, lol. Plyometrics is my day tomorrow, I have a knee injury and I really hate it, but I tough it out and finish every time, and I am not going to let it defeat me tomorrow. |

SO, Isaac.... how is the P90X going? I noticed you stopped posting.... DON'T BE A SLACKER! I did P90X Cardio tonight and some weights.... not following the exact work out plan but still gettin it done |

yeah I kinda got side-tracked for awhile lol, but starting back up tomorrow found out that I keep quitting because I run out of time to do yoga mid week...so I'm changing my schedule so Yoga falls on a Saturday That means starting with Chest/Back tomorrow and today happens to be the rest day

went to my separation physical today, and the doctors told me I need to take it light, very light, because what I was doing was apparently aggravating my shoulder So guess no p90 for a bit, i'm allowed to walk is what they told me
