Was this the same for most of you when you got on this site.
I am a proud man and do like to have certain parts of my make up to be shared with the possible lady I hope to meet.

Yes, we share the same feeling of apprehension. Even in real life, I am a very private person and keep to myself especially when it comes to personal information. It's just the way I am.

I choose people to confide in mainly by how I feel about them when I get to exchange a few words, and more often than not, they get to be good friends who are in for the long run, which is good.

Same goes with the picture. It took awhile for me to actually post a picture that has my face on it, and even now, I still had to edit it a bit so I won't feel completely "naked".

I guess as in real life, some people are readily open about themselves and some takes awhile before they dive in, so to speak. We belong in the latter. So far, though, the people that I've met here has been, at the least, pleasant. One even became a very good confidant, in my book. Just go on and test the waters at your own pace. You decide when it's the time for you to "expose all" and to who.

Oh come ON ... ! Y' can't fish without bait ... Jeez. If you're 'apprehensive', don't put it up. How hard IS that ... ? It's not the same as takin' off your clothes in public. Drama's for stage 'n screen, not for dating sites ...jeez.

As you can see, we have all sorts of personalities here. Don't take it personally unless it's personal. Then report 'em.
