Why do we make mistakes, I thought we were all perfect human beings ? I can remember from school days always making mistakes but unless I understood what was being said I might have made the same one over and over again. Isn't that a bit like us humans today to make mistakes over and over again, do we really learn from them too! I suppose it depends on what situation we are relating to. Do we always make the mistake of meeting the wrong man or woman? I think that sometimes we do meet the wrong person. It is how we deal and cope with our wrong doings that really counts!

Some mistakes are huge, especially when it comes to relationships. If you have come clean and asked for forgiveness and recognized the regret it leads to, you learn to never repeat the offense. But even 20 years later karma can still catch up with you.

Some mistakes are huge, especially when it comes to relationships. If you have come clean and asked for forgiveness and recognized the regret it leads to, you learn to never repeat the offense. But even 20 years later karma can still catch up with you. True, and the most important forgiveness is that which you give yourself. Otherwise, it's impossible to move on.

I was raised the same way. Not laughing at you, but rather at my own similar feelings on it. Better to laugh then cry!! I have learned to be easier on myself tho.
