Seems more 'n more people are having trouble with their new Vista machines (but it happens in other Windoze versions too) suddenly doing ... well, NOTHING ... they just get the BSOD and can't boot into 'safe' mode or access anything in what used to be their computer ... here's a link that MIGHT be helpful if this happens to you when WindowsLand becomes 'Nightmare on Elm Street' ...

its often a laptop problem more than a windows problem the video chip overheats. mine mostly does it on screen saver function and just won't come back from the sleep or goes to black screen while trying to come back. ya just turn off and turn on again. if it doen't turn off from the one push of the power button ... you hold the button down until it turns off. |
