Have'nt been able to properly for a couple weeks. I've tried. Nothing seems to help Me. Any tips n' tricks?

A chinese gal I know, suggested laying in bed, close your eye's, and imagine that your weightless or floating. Give that a shot.

so try something to get your mind off of what you are thinking about. Like music or something. Turn off the lights and lay down and listen to soft music

Good one! what kinds of tea dont have caff.

You can get most herbal teas without caffeine.

Chamomile is a good one

beat ya to it laugh

but you are right about meditating. You know more about it than me...so carry on laugh

Yeah I saw that after I posted...

Your right though there are many great teas without caffeine. I have about 10 different teas in my kitchen.

chrisbuckles...
get ya some chamomile, go to the library and get a "meditating for dummies" book (not calling ya a dummy, you know what I mean) and get a couple of cd's with relaxing music to listen to. Or even a guided meditation cd. This is one where there is music, and or someone who talks you through it. Helps you to breath and relax.
There are a gazillion of them. Check out youtube, meditations or guided meditations and see what ya like.

I've been a insomniac for 30 years..if I didn't do these things I'd never sleep..really.

Good luck to ya

You can buy these electronic sound machines that have rain, babbeling brooks, crickets chirping, etc...
I hear they work good for some folks.
