Actually, the just shoot me thought and similar happen at times in life where tough times evolve. Projecting the thought occasionally without intent remains a normal reaction at times. Incessant thoughts of demise may indicate a depression cycle, and if lasting more than two weeks could become a concern, especially when lasting upto six months indicating the mental disorder of severe cycles of depression need help.
