SEX....well maybe it exsists for some people but not for me lately, maybe i should lower my standards I miss that a whole lot lately, too, but we ladies must NEVER lower our standards. If anything, raise the bar so the next man you hook up with might be a real keeper!

I miss my Grandma who taught me to see the good in people, my brother who has been gone for almost 10 years now and my Beloved simba who was my best friend for 13 years lost her 3 years ago and I cry for her every day!!

People with good manners,I know there are some out there.Working as a cashier,I never knew people could be so rude,even little old ladies..I miss peace and quiet.you could leave your door unlock and let your child play in his front yard,without worry.Now days,you have to be on watch all the time,for anything.

I miss really cool toys in my box of breakfast cereal. Remember running to be the first one at the table so you could open the new box and run your whole arm down into the box to find out which of the four toys was your prize? Good times!

I miss Mallowcups with the card inside that had a money value, like 25 cents or a dollor......You would send in and get a book of things you could send away for in exchange for the cards of the value they set... I saved enough to get a spy kit. I cheep magnifying glass and a pair of tweezers for $12.00 in Mallowcup money.

I miss video stores! I miss VHS! Back in the day there were low-key movie stores everywhere and you could rent like six movies for five bucks. They had random deals on movies that they didn't think anybody would just pick up and watch, so you could check out all the really cool low-budget horror flicks you'd never heard of. Given, they became somewhat impractical as DVD became standard and a lot of the business found it almost impossible to operate for a long time because people would just walk off with movies because... well, because they were a low-key movie store who wasn't about to do a damn thing about it and would probably be closed down in a few months. But those were the days. I remember walking miles back and forth to the movie store every day because they had cheap VHS's.

Hollywood and Blockbuster stocked up on all of the mainstream. I was a member of about 6 different mom and pop's back in the late 80's and early 90's renting all of the horror movies I could find. There was a great video store that took over a large grocery store. They had a giant 2 row section of horror flicks...then Hollywood bought them out an it turned to crap.
