Really miss the whistle dogs served in foil THere's still a few A & W's around.Once a year in Port Huron,Michigan A car club invades the A & W there & then hits the only drive in movie in the area-it's a blast! My self,I miss cruising Woodward Ave. & hanging around Plum Street being hip(lol!). |

My on-line group. A wonderful pasta mix I used to get. Can't remember the name, now. It was herb and garlic with tiny, thin pasta...so yummy. |

Commander USA there kinda reminds me of The Comedian from Watchmen.
I miss Josta cola. Stupid Pepsi. Who cares if it had a "natural aphrodisiac" in it and was being marketed to teenagers? Wasn't like I was getting any play when it was popular anyway. |

-The idea, of going out somewhere would be a sure bet of meeting people I know of and open minded people with intellgence I could have a discussion just about anything.
-Women talking to me who aren't there to figure out how much I make in a year - The idea, of 20 bucks is enough for a cold-cut sandwich + a cup of coffee and half a tank of gas. |

Video Arcades. I'm talking about the old school days. Man. Friday nights at the arcade were just magical. Yep! Terminator 2, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter. Before those: Defender, Star Wars, Beastmaster. Another socializing (and dating place) place down the drain, thanks to the playstation, xbox and whatever else crap is out there for people to sit in their house now. I actually had a date once by just hanging around watching other guys smashing the buttons, the girls showed up because they knew the guys were hanging out those spots. |

Toys that require 'imagination' instead of 'batteries'.
When road trips where fun. Neighborhoods. Cheep gas. All in all, keeping things simple. |

Commander USA there kinda reminds me of The Comedian from Watchmen. That's funny you say that, when I was looking for a pic of the Commander I found a site where someone had posted their pics side by side. The Commander was great. The show aired on the USA Network back in the 80's. He was an out of work superhero(his sidekick was Lefty- which was his left hand with a smiley face he drew on it with his cigar), they would air lots of horror films from the mainstream to the obscure. |
