I hate talking on the phone... seems like I'm constantly having to repeat myself or ask them to repeat what they just said... texting I can do at my leisure during my busy day 
I don't like talking on the phone either. Especially cell phones. There is always a delay and you end up talking over each other. I never text either.............

I'm on the phone all day long at work...first thing I do on the way home is take out my earbud! If anyone wants me, they can text and MAYBE I'll text back!

If you want me....text me. If you call.....leave a message after the beep and I may get back to you....or I just might text you to see what you wanted.  
LMAO. I do the same thing. In fact I never LISTEN to VM until it's full and someone complains. I mean I can SEE I missed their call. Just let me get back to you on my time parameters.

No I have a CB radio. I never did get out of the 70's.

I like texting better, phone conversation is okay, but with cellphones it can be difficult, than I wonder what ever happened to indian smoke signals

I text only when someone texts me, but other than that, I'd rather talk on the phone. I definitely get scared when I see people driving and texting at the same time... Especially on the highway...
 If I'm in the car with someone who starts texting while they are driving, I take their phone away.
I especially hate texting now that my last ex decided he had to break up with me via text message...

I much prefer texting then talking on the phone. I hate talking on the phone.When on the phone you really dont have the time to think about your responses. You tend to speak out what first comes to your mind. With texting you can take time in giving your answer. Think about how you want to answer. I love unlimited texting
