I had a dream the other night that I was freerunning through an obstacle course with a young Bill Murray.

I have a total of 14 nieces and nephews...These are my favourite pics of them.

This is my brother's 2nd youngest of 5, Gracie.


My sister's baby Colin who is my baby Batman and true to form.


And my nieces Robin and Emily. Robin's me, in a smaller and less angry body. And Emily is smarter than both her parents combined!

I'm listening to Billie Holiday for the first time and it's pretty groovy. Kinda gives the image in my mind of somebody pouring about a quarter bottle of Rye into their Corn Flakes and then eating it with a fork.

Terrible writer's block.

Like missing one letter when you're playing scrabble. Or Boggle. One of those games. I never really got much into either.

The only games of Monopoly that I've ever finished have been on long nights of drinking with the old hometown guys and gals. The problem is that people start dropping out, dripping into sleep and giving away all their cash that we divide equally, and after a while everybody just gives it up. While you're drunk you can find some fun with the board, but as the body dries up so does the fun. You have to just keep drinking into the morning and playing those dice. Alcoholics, I feel, have a distinct advantage at Monopoly.
